Tour of Rancho Los Alamitos

Join staff colleagues for this tour of the beautiful and historic , just steps away from the Áù¾ÅÉ«Ìà campus. Bring your lunch and join us after the tour in their picnic area.

Tour Highlights

  • Explore the Historic Ranch House (1790–1933): Step inside the beautifully preserved adobe-core home and experience layers of California history—from the early Spanish, Mexican, and American periods.
  • Stroll Through Nationally Recognized Gardens: Enjoy four acres of thoughtfully designed historic gardens, each reflecting a different era and landscape style.
  • Visit the Working Barnyard: Meet resident livestock including horses, sheep, goats, chickens, and ducks, and learn about the site’s legacy as a 20th-century working ranch.

Walk up with us!

At 11:30am, let's meet at the bottom of the hill (at the gate at Palo Verde & Anaheim) and walk up for the tour. Parking is available at the Rancho lot for those who want to drive.
