Graduation is a milestone that should be celebrated. Confetti and glitter are often used to celebrate this joyous occasion and add sparkle to graduation photos, however, due to their material composition and size, they also contribute to microplastic pollution and litter.  

Meet the first graduates of the Master of Science in Sustainability Management and Policy Program (MSSMP). A program created through a collaboration with the College of Professional and Continuing Education (CPaCE), the College of Natural Sciences and Mathematics, the College of Liberal Arts, and the College of Business.
