"Pandemic as Trauma" - Dr. Bita Ghafoori Shares Recommendations in CSU Webinar
Dr. Bita Ghafoori, Professor, Advanced Studies in Eduction and Counseling, and Director, Long Beach Trauma Recovery Center, presented 鈥淧andemic as Trauma鈥, as part of a CSU-initiated 鈥淐OVID-19 - A CSU Educator Preparation Community Meeting鈥.
Dr. Ghafoori鈥檚 presentation shared specific recommendations for teacher educators to best support the social and emotional needs of students, teachers, and parents. Presented by CSU Chancellor鈥檚 Office Educorps, this presentation included over a hundred participants, made up of students, faculty, and various community members.
